Greg Stroube Works Against the Grain

For his series Reconstructed Food, Stroube took the concept of deconstructed food to task. After cooking a set of delectable dishes, Stroube then rearranged the plates using scraps from the preperation to style a set of mouth-watering photographs that depict each main ingredient reconstructed to its original form. Carrots, beets, tomatoes—they return to their roots with Stroube’s tasty take on the popular food trend.
