SHIPPING & REFUNDS

 

How can I order for delivery outside the UK?

If you want your order delivered outside of the UK, click here to be directed to our EU/US shop.

 

How soon can I expect my order?

You can expect your order usually within 3-7 working days for those placed within the UK, the EU, Switzerland, and Norway; and 2-4 working days for orders placed within Germany. Orders within the US will usually be delivered within 3-7 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Deliveries to all other territories will take 2-4 weeks. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and other public holidays.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order when you log into your account.

Worldwide shipping from our EU and US Shop.

Domestic delivery to the UK, Germany and the USA.

Standard shipping to the European Union and to the Rest of the World (ROW).

What are the different shipping costs?

  • Free shipping to the UK, Germany and the USA.
  • Free worldwide shipping from 60 EUR/USD order value.

  • For worldwide orders below 60 EUR/USD on our EU and US Shop, shipping costs will apply.

Shipping costs will be assessed during checkout based on the full value of goods purchased.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For domestic deliveries (UK) the following payment options are available:

How can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery without specifying a reason.

How can I return my order?

In order to return an item or an order, please email us at: ukshop@gestalten.com.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

We reserve the right to refuse to process a refund until the products are returned to us. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

In event of receiving any faulty or damaged items, please notify us as soon as possible.

SECURE PAYMENT

We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and ShopPay.

We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. The currency used is GBP (£) and all prices are expressed as exclusive of any VAT or other sales tax payable unless otherwise stated. VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the gestalten online shop are subject to change.

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
